Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.

Returns sent without requesting approval will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will share the return instructions and return shipping label (if applicable).
- The product must be securely packed and sent to:

Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video for:
- Damaged item
- Defective item
- Wrong item received
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Perishable goods
- Personal care & beauty products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy.
To request a cancellation, email zaaryaonline@gmail.com immediately after placing the order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product:
- Return the original item (if eligible).
- Place a new order.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.
